Teaching in the Wider Community

Newcastle Dance Centre can offer professionally qualified and police checked dance teachers to schools, community groups and council based projects. Any age of pupil can be taught, and various styles of dance are available from Bollywood to 70's Disco, Hip Hop to Salsa, Musical Theatre to Cheerleading.

Newcastle Dance Centre is very proud to be working with Newcastle Council on their project of bringing generations together. The aim is to encourage older people to dance, while working with youngsters from the area.
We have already worked with Your Homes Newcastle Sheltered Housing Scheme and Age Concern on this project. These sessions have been a roaring success and many more are planned for the coming year and beyond!
